Dry Scalp
A dry scalp is a problem endured by many people. It can occur for a number of reasons and with

Even if your scalp is not sensitive to relaxers it can still be dried through relaxer use. Another common cause of dryness is failing to properly wash out shampoo after washing the hair.
If you find your scalp is excessively dry, shampoo your hair with your normal shampoo then follow this with a shampoo designed for the relief of dry and itchy scalp. Foam this second shampoo in to the hair and leave for about 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Follow this with a conditioner and again rinse thoroughly. Then set or wrap your hair as desired and in thin sections, apply Morgans or another suitable light hairdress and style as usual.

Finally, I am seeing more and more people who develop a dry and flaky scalp due to an allergic reaction to lanolin. So, it may be worth reading the contents of your usual products to see if any contain lanolin. If so, try an alternative product that does not contain lanolin and see if this cures the problem.
