Mail Order Terms & Conditions
Prices quoted are fully inclusive of U.K. Value Added Tax at 17.5%
All prices are expressed in Pounds Sterling (BP).
All sizes and weights quoted are approximate.
Postage and packing is charged at cost.
Despatch of goods (subject to payment clearance) is normally within 2 working days.
All goods are sent via Parcel Force Standard Delivery, or, where a package is light, by 1st or 2nd class post to achieve the most economical rates. Additional costs may be involved for other methods of delivery.
All items are offered subject to availability.
We regret that carriers will not transport aerosols. Such items can only be purchased at our shops.
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that for orders delivered outside the UK the goods ordered comply in both type and quantity with local laws and regulations. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods seized or local taxes imposed. 
Errors & Omissions Excepted

Returns Policy
Should you decide you do not want any item or that it is unsuitable for you then you should return any item(s) within 21 days from the date you received it. The item(s) must be in full re-saleable condition and contained within the original undamaged packaging. Please remember to enclose your original invoice with any returns. It is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the total amount you paid which will be the cost of the item(s) and the outward costs of postage and packing.
We will not refund your costs in returning the item(s) to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item(s) to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

If you are returning an item(s) because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, this should be done immediately or in any case not later than 14 days from the date you received it and we will either:
1. replace the item(s) without any further cost to you by refunding to you the cost of returning the item(s) to us, using the lowest cost standard postal charges, or if you prefer:
2. refund the full cost to you which will be the costs of the item(s) plus delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, and pay your costs, using the lowest cost standard postal charges, of returning it to us.
When returning goods sent in error the item(s) must be in full re-saleable condition and contained within the original undamaged packaging.
Where you are returning item(s) that are damaged or defective you should include the original packaging wherever possible
In all cases please remember to enclose your original invoice with any returns. It is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting.

It would also be appreciated, and may help to progress the matter to a satisfactory conclusion more quickly, if you send us an e-mail to let us know that you are returning something and the reason. You can use the enquiry form on our Welcome page for that purpose.

Please note: In the interest of hygiene and customer protection, we do not exchange or refund wigs, clip-on hair pieces or drawstring hair pieces.
